The Bechevinskaya Bay is a scenic corner of the Eastern Kamchatka coast. The bay goes deep into the Shipunsky Peninsula. On the way, you may encounter orcas, dolphins, and whales. Bears often come ashore in search of food.

The uninhabited settlement of Finval is also located there. The submariners' settlement Finval was founded in the 1960s and disbanded as a naval garrison in 1996. Due to its remote location, the settlement hasn't changed to this day.
